Dulcinea of El Toboso had a big fame for being a great expert in the art of salting pigs. We are sure this meant to have the skill to season and to cook the pig's products neatly; the way in which we have relied and thrived on the pigs killing custom through millennia as a basic part of our diet. With these pig products is how we would like to honor the Lady who rose so high and noble passions on our Knight Errant.
